  • Approach and Methods:

The GIFT Leadership Institute utilizes a fully online, cohort approach to maximize personal integration of the material and development of personal connections. Each participant should expect to engage in about two hours of time weekly with content and the cohort. A monthly theme will guide us from September through May for each of the two years.

Participants will use an online course site to access content and engage in discussion. Integration of the learning into action will be supported by monthly group coaching and one-on-one coaching with the instructors. (Monthly themes listed separately.)

Each month proceeds through a four-week cycle:

Week 1 | Learning Content - videos and readings will be provided – on your own time via the online course site

Week 2 | Small Group Coaching – scheduled with instructors

Week 3 | Large Group Drop-In Sessions - third Tuesdays of the month from 7-8:30 CST via zoom

Week 4 | Free - explore and reflect on the material on your own time

One-on-one Coaching - scheduled with instructors throughout the month
