$30.00

Thursday, April 17, 6:00-7:30pm, In Person Carondelet Center

Looking for a restorative, resting space shared by a community of people involved with, affiliated with, and/or passionate about social justice programs and initiatives? This program offers you a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and lovingly reconnect with the body. The evening will consist of a movement-based meditation to relax the body and mind, guided breathwork, guided meditation focusing on grounding, letting go, and softening the heart. After the guided meditation, participants will be encouraged to rest during a sound bath using crystal bowls, ocean drum, and chimes.

Erica Wallace Moore is a Reiki Master and Instructor, healer, and Akashic Records reader currently in practice at The Nest, a collective of providers offering integrative therapy and healing services in Minneapolis. Her Reiki journey began in 2014 after a particularly harsh winter that left her feeling disconnected from her body and not grounded. What started off as curiosity has transformed into higher vibrations of connection, compassion, love, beauty, and grace in Erica's work. In addition to one-on-one Reiki sessions, Erica also does Akashic Records readings, has taught throat chakra workshops for people with Hashimoto's, and periodically holds guided meditation sessions. Erica is also an avid reader with an unquenchable thirst for learning, transformation, and creativity. Her credentials include Usui Reiki Master and Instructor, Level 2 Karuna Reiki, and Level 2 Sekhmet Reiki, as well as a Master’s of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing.
