In the midst of this digital inundation, I've come to understand the importance of incorporating spiritual content into my media diet for holistic development and inner peace.

What these works teach us is how vital it is to take care of yourself, your community, and the environment. Of particular importance, within these works, is developing our understanding of what it means to be a part of a community whose experiences and foods are foreign to us. In the spirit of sharing a meal, and a conversation, I wanted to share one of my favorite soup recipes for you to make at home. This is a Thai recipe called Tom Kha Gai or Chicken Coconut Soup.

Celebrating Juneteenth
This year, the Minnesota State Legislature, along with Governor Tim Walz affirmed the value of this holiday by signing a measure into law designating Juneteenth as a state holiday. While many of us have this day off work and will be celebrating in our own way, we must remember why this holiday is so important.
Guest Post: Becoming New, Little by Little, and Day by Day
I am grateful for the ability to consistently practice short breathing exercises every day, and I acknowledge that I am slowly brightening, little by little. As I begin to find this within me, I start to see this Bright Light in everyone around me, as my breathing becomes calmer and deeper. As I begin to recognize and understand my breathing, little by little, and day by day, I discover new aspects of myself.
