Practice Sessions: Mondays, February 8, 15, 22, and March 1, 2021
11:00 am – 12:00 pm (Central Time via Zoom)

Experience the benefits of yoga and tending to your body without needing to touch your toes. This class is designed for the less flexible among us. Explore a variety of accessible yoga postures and tune in to the sensations of your body and your breath. This practice will help you to release tension and become more present within your body.

It is suggested that one has a chair, a strap, a blanket and a yoga block; however, this is not required and no experience is necessary.

We will start with an Introductory session, followed by four practice sessions.

COST:  Introductory Session is free. Please RSVP.
Practice Sessions: $15.00/individual session or $50.00 for all four

These sessions will be held via Zoom. The Introductory Session has a total contact time of 45 minutes and each of the practice sessions, one hour.

Online Course Expectations + Details:

  • Register as individuals.
  • After registering and approximately 24 hours prior to the start of this series, you will receive an email from Wisdom Ways with the Zoom link and other information. Please check your Spam folder or Promotions tab if you don’t find the email in your inbox.
  • Have the technology and internet connection that allow for stable video and audio connection through a computer or a hand-held device (e.g., tablet or smart phone).
  • Each Zoom session will include a facilitator from Wisdom Ways who will help navigate the small groups, and the questions and comments that are shared through the chat function.

Chris Gordon

Yoga teacher, massage therapist and health and wellness coach Chris Gordon owns and directs Big River Yoga. Chris applies the ancient wisdom teachings of yoga and meditation to modern life. His teaching is clear, down to earth and accessible.
