Someone I loved once gave me a box full of darkness.
It took me years to understand that this too, was a gift.
– from Mary Oliver’s “The Uses of Sorrow”

Throughout the span of her poetry, Mary Oliver placed into dialogue observations of the natural world and realizations about the human, spiritual experience.  Come read and reflect on this dialogue through individual reflection and in small and large groups.

Plan to join us from your home with your journal, a cup of your favorite tea, and your favorite wisdom from Mary Oliver.
