Celebrate Wisdom Ways annual early morning event marking the feast of Mary Magdalene, and stay a while for conversation about the “Marys” in Scripture, focusing on Mary of Nazareth, the mother of Jesus, and Mary Magdalene, the apostle to the apostles.

We gather outside on Wisdom Ways large labyrinth to remember the first Easter Morning with Mary Magdalene.

The morning will include an indoor walk to view the current Wisdom Ways art exhibit of Marian Art in Carondelet Center, followed by conversation focusing on the Marys and what they can teach us about life and love and hospitality!

This event will begin on the outdoor labyrinth on the south side of the Carondelet Center.

Facilitator:

Mary Kaye Medinger is a lifelong educator, writer, editor, spiritual director and retreat leader with a particular interest in women’s spirituality, especially Mariology. A consociate of the Sisters of St. Joseph, she has spent nearly 40 years in various ministerial positions in parish, diocesan and ecumenical settings.
