The Paths

  • This path gives participants tools to find their center and restore themselves through activities, lessons, and experiences. On this path, participants will find somatic exercises, ritual engagements, and meditations to help guide them on their journey to personal restoration and growth.

  • This path gives an outlet to those searching for offerings that combine reflection with creative activities. On this path, participants will use a variety of creative forms to help reaffirm their passion, explore their potential, and get creative in a non-judgmental (accepting) environment.

  • This path provides new information and opportunities to help expand participant’s understanding of the world around them. On this path, participants will combine education, resources, and engagement to help strengthen their relationships to their community and find like-minded people with a similar bend toward justice.

  • This path is for those looking for chances to engage with their spiritual journey through religious engagement or spiritual practices. On this path, participants will work through individual needs and concerns through meditation and conversation as well as engaging with individual or group reflection. This path includes elements of all of the other paths woven together in a unique way for your spiritual healing and growth.

  • Some of our offerings cannot be limited to just one path! Sometimes, the content of these programs spans multiple paths so they will appear on our website in multiple categories.

  • You do not! Each path is carefully curated for our participants but attending every offering within that path is not required.
