This course is organized by nine sections. There are chapters within each section. To navigate to a chapter, click on that chapter’s title–not on the circle–on the right-hand sidebar menu. On the right-hand sidebar menu, you can always get back to the Course Homepage by selecting “Course Home.” We recommend going through the course chronologically.
At the bottom of each chapter, you will also be able to click “Next Chapter” to move forward or “Previous Chapter” to move back. Clicking on “Back to Course” returns you to the Course Homepage.
Videos can be played within the webpage. You can expand the video screen by clicking the four-arrow square in the lower right of the video toolbar.
You can access this class from a desktop, laptop, iPad, or smartphone. The menu might appear below the content of each page when you are on an iPad or smartphone.
Please save the link to the Course Homepage somewhere it is easy to access as this course is not accessible from the public Wisdom Ways website.
Each chapter in this course has a “Materials” tab at the top. If you click on the “Materials” tab in this section, Instructions and Materials, you will find the materials for the entire course organized by part. But if you click on the Materials tab in a chapter, you will find all materials related to just that chapter. Materials consist of resources that support or supplement the course.
When in a Materials page, click on the “Chapter” tab at the top–not “Back to Course”–to go back to the chapter that you are on; “Back to Course” returns you to the Course Homepage. You also have the option to click on “Previous Chapter” to return to the prior chapter or “Next Chapter” to move on to the following chapter.
You are welcome to download, save, and/or print all course materials for your own individual use.
In the materials tab for this section, you will find four supplemental materials that apply to the entire course:
Additionally, you can find all supplemental materials used in this course in order of appearance and assigned to the corresponding course section and chapter.
The purpose of the Course Guidebook is to provide an additional resource as you work your way through the video lectures. The Course Guidebook gives space to journal and make notes, section by section. While we encourage using discernment in printing documents, we invite you to print this Course Guidebook if doing so would lead you into a deeper and more integrative experience.
The Course Guidebook has all supplemental materials, resources, journal exercises, and chapters linked, so it can also be used without printing it out.
