Introduction to the Three Intelligence Centers

Scott reintroduces the Three Programs for Happiness that Thomas Keating identified as our entryway into the concept of the Three Intelligence Centers that will structure how we move through the nine types of the Enneagram. Over-identifying with any one of these three centers–the Heart, the Head, or Body–contracts our awareness and filters how we view reality.

Of the nine types of the Enneagram, three fall within the Heart center; three within the Head center; and three within the Body center.
