Experience the benefits of yoga and tending to your body without needing to touch your toes. This class is designed for the less flexible among us. Explore a variety of accessible yoga postures and tune in to the sensations of your body and your breath. This practice will help you to release tension and become more present within your body. It is suggested that one has a chair, a strap, a blanket and a yoga block. We will start with an Introductory session, followed by four practice sessions.
