Minnesota brush painter Bob Schmitt presents seven fabric scrolls alluding to experiences in one’s own inner life:
- ordinary radiance
- reckless abandon
Each scroll also incorporates the Chinese character for each allusion in the fabric surrounding the graphic.
Discover experiences that often exist in places beyond words.
A noted below, you are welcome to view this exhibit in person when the Carondelet Center is open. Due to the limited building hours, we are offering a virtual exhibit of the seven allusions scrolls: the journeys within! You are welcome to view this video in whatever way feels best, pause if you would like to spend more time with any of Bob’s scrolls.
