The Shadow Aspects

Scott invites us to do an exercise to explore the concept of The Shadow, based on the work of the psychoanalyst Carl Jung, and created by Russ Hudson. The shadow is what we disown or view as inappropriate, negative aspects of ourselves, but aspects of our shadow can actually make us into fuller human beings. Looking at our shadows as well as how we project them onto others provides us with terrific insights.
