Advent is a time of waiting. We wait for the celebration of Christmas, the feast of the incarnation of God in Jesus. We wait for that time when God will be all in all. And in between, we contemplate the mystery of the Divine here and now, God present in all that is, sustaining all in life and love, manifesting in all, in us. Wisdom Ways offers two contemplative experiences to enliven our waiting.

This Advent morning retreat provides a more extended and focused time to deepen our existing practice of meditation. Our morning in silence will include a pattern of sitting and walking meditations, mindful movements, and chanting.
Participants will be asked to remove shoes before entering the meditation room. Please plan appropriately by wearing socks or bringing slippers.
