Bio-Spiritual Focusing: A Practical Tool for Men
Wednesdays, March 15 & 29, 2017
7:30 - 9:00 am
“Hidden deep within our bones lies an unrecognized capacity just waiting to be found. Can we make time to begin this sacred inward journey, discovering hidden possibilities inside ourselves just waiting to surprise us?”
—Rev. Peter A. Campbell and Rev. Edwin M. McMahon
Bio-Spiritual Focusing is a simple, practical process that re-awakens your ability to allow the gift of your body's wisdom to guide you into greater wholeness. It is more than just "thinking" or "feeling." It is "felt-sensing" unique personal meanings and directions that come from deep within. This requires time, patience, and willingness to continue developing the practice of deeply listening inside.
This two-part workshop is for any man who has struggled to be in touch with his feelings. Much psychological and spiritual suffering is carried in our bodies, often leaving us stuck in repetitive patterns that confuse the expression of feelings. By learning and applying this simple yet profound process, we will more readily access our more noble qualities.
Please join us as we learn and practice focusing skills developed by Eugene Gendlin (Focusing) and Rev. Peter A. Campbell and Rev. Edwin M. McMahon (Bio-spiritual Focusing). To learn more: www.biospiritual.org
